Katie L. Coldiron
Katie L. Coldiron, M.A., M.S., is Outreach Program Manager for the Digital Library of the Caribbean at Florida International University. She is also an affiliate of the Kimberly Green Latin American and Caribbean Center.
She is also a Ph.D. student in the FIU Department of History. She holds an M.A. in Latin American Studies from the University of Florida and an M.S. in Information Studies from the University of Texas at Austin. Her professional interests include postcustodial digitization projects, community collaborations, digital humanities, and supporting research related to Latin America, the Caribbean, and South Florida. Her research interests include Cuban studies, area studies (particularly Latin America) in U.S. universities, intellectual history, Colombia, and the Cold War in Latin America.
