FIU Cuba Poll

First conducted in 1991, the FIU Cuba Poll represents a major source of data on the Cuba-related attitudes of the Cuban-American community in southern Florida. It is designed to measure Cuban-American opinions on U.S.-Cuba policy and how these attitudes impact the South Florida area.

The FIU Cuba Poll has been cosponsored by the Cuban Research Institute, the Institute for Public Opinion Research, and the Center for Labor Research and Studies. It has been funded by the Brookings Institution and the Cuba Study Group.
